  
 Each time you spend time and post an article or comment on any website you are losing control of it and you may never find out where it is (in some cases Google will find it for you). Make it a practice to save a copy of all your online entries on your computer with the link of the web page you posted the article. This way you will be able to refer to it as well as use the content for other purposes and to create your online dossier. Keep in mind that every minute you spend to put your thoughts to pen or a keyboard is very valuable and you need to take control of it. For example people submit answers to 'Yahoo Answers' but get nothing in return for that. Your answers is your intellectual property and you should copyright and guard it before you post on a third party site. Also think about 'iReport.com' site where people are posting photos, videos and articles which CNN has full control of. You get almost nothing for it than a mention on the TV for 10 seconds.
